SPONSOR LOGO SIZE AND SPECIFICATION:

Sponsors will have their organization logo posted on the meeting website, printed on a sponsor recognition page in the Program and Schedule of Events and included on meeting signage.
LSPOR requests that company slogans, tag lines or extensions (i.e. inc, ltd) are omitted from logo submissions as this copy often appears very small and almost unreadable.
LSPOR recommends logos be submitted in full color, as a vector graphics (EPS or AI format) with all text converted to outlines OR as 300dpi TIFF or JPEG files. Logos copied off the internet are NOT suitable for printing, please submit high resolution art.
LSPOR is not responsible for the appearance of graphics that do not meet these requirements
Logos will be in full color on the website and on meeting signage; logos printed in program book will be converted to one color.
